Returns
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to notify us that you wish to request a refund. Once notified, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods.
We will arrange your return shipment on your behalf — however, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Products must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Food items are not eligible for refund or return.
Non-refundable items include:
- Orders placed during Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotions
- Tea of the Month / Hash of the Month subscriptions
- Products purchased in bundle formats (e.g. 28g = 2×14g) are not eligible for 50% returns

Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 24–48 hours.
- A credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within up to 10 working days.
If your refund hasn’t appeared after this time, please contact us again at support@cbdhashoil.co.uk.
Sale & Promotional Items
Only regular-priced products are eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Shipping & Returns
Before returning any product, you must first contact our support team at support@cbdhashoil.co.uk.
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
Delivery time for exchanges or replacements may vary depending on your location.
International Orders
- All import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
- BuyHashOil is not liable for orders delayed, held, or lost by customs in international transit.
- Such cases will be reviewed individually and handled accordingly.
Please check with your local customs authority before returning international orders.
